Yes. Dial 919-354-2727. You will be prompted to enter your extension, then your voicemail password. Once you are connected, you can play your messages, change your greeting, etc.
You may have turned on the Do Not Disturb function. This function is easy to accidentally turn on on the new phones and you do not get a visual indicator that it has been turned on. If you seem to be having phone issues (your phone isn't ringing), press the button above “Do not disturb” until you ensure that the screen says “Do not disturb is turned off”. If you don't see “do not disturb” on your main screen, you may need to press the .. button until you do see it.
When calling a city number and you get the option to “press the # key to use the dial by name directory”, this is now voice driven. So speak the name of the person you are trying to contact (you no longer spell out the name using the keypad).
The first troubleshooting step is to reset it. This is accomplished by unplugging the network cable that is going from the wall jack to the phone (not the cable from the phone to the computer). Allow the phone to lose power (display should completely go blank), then reconnect the cable and the phone will “reboot”. If issues still persist with the phone, contact the PDHelpdesk.
The new system is not appending the needed “9” to dial an outside line. So, if you highlight/select the number off your missed/recent calls menu (and it doesn't have the 9 in front of it already), you need to click on the ... button until you see “edit dial”. Press that button. It will then bring up the number on your display. You need to use the left button (off the circular toggle on the top of your keypad) to move the cursor over to the first position and enter a 9. Now you can press the “call” button to dial that number.
